Eco Combatant’s Response to the 2024 Flood Crisis in Bangladesh

In 2024, Bangladesh was struck by devastating flash floods, leaving thousands of families in urgent need. Eco Combatant quickly mobilized to provide essential support to affected communities, demonstrating their commitment to humanitarian relief in times of crisis. The organization served over 5,500 cooked meals to individuals struggling to survive and distributed relief packages to more than 1,800 flood-affected families. Focusing on the most vulnerable, Eco Combatant provided 5,000 essential items for mothers and children, including clothing, hygiene supplies, and baby care products. Additionally, Eco Combatant established three medical centers, staffed by 14 healthcare workers, who treated over 600 individuals. Amid these challenging conditions, three babies were even born safely in the shelters, a testament to the dedication of the medical teams. Eco Combatant’s swift response to the floods highlighted the power of solidarity and compassion, bringing hope and aid to those in need.
